  • 1 egg,
  • 40 ml of olive oil,
  • 10 g of salt.

  • 80 g of soft butter,
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley,
  • 20 g of garlic,
  • 150g of grated cheese (mozzarella here).

  1. To prepare the dough, mix the water and milk together (ensure both liquids are lukewarm),
  2. Add the yeast,
  3. Mix and let it rest for about 10 minutes,
