Zoë Kravitz Clarifies Whether She’s Allowed Back into Taylor Swift’s Home After Lisa Bonet’s Pet Snake ‘Destroyed’ It

Zoë Kravitz and Her Mother’s Memorable Stay at Taylor Swift’s Residence Amid L.A. Wildfires

During a turbulent time when wildfires swept through Los Angeles, Zoë Kravitz, along with her mother, Lisa Bonet, found refuge in Taylor Swift’s home. This arrangement, however, led to an unexpected incident involving Bonet’s pet snake, which wreaked havoc in Swift’s bathroom.

Key Details

  • Zoë Kravitz and her mother stayed at Taylor Swift’s house during the Los Angeles wildfires.
  • The visit was memorable due to an incident where Lisa Bonet’s pet snake caused considerable damage to Swift’s bathroom, as Kravitz revealed on Late Night with Seth Meyers.
  • In a subsequent interview with E! News, Kravitz discussed whether she has been invited back to Swift’s home.

It appears that there is no lingering tension between Zoë Kravitz and Taylor Swift following the bathroom debacle caused by Bonet’s snake. Swift’s hospitality during the wildfires led to an amusing yet unfortunate event when the snake escaped and damaged the bathroom.

Shortly after sharing the story with Seth Meyers, where she detailed how the snake “completely destroyed” the bathroom, Kravitz was questioned about her subsequent visits to Swift’s residence. She humorously mentioned that while she hasn’t returned, it’s not because she wasn’t invited but rather because she hasn’t been in L.A.

In a light-hearted exchange during the E! News interview alongside her Caught Stealing co-star Austin Butler, Kravitz joked about being banned from Swift’s home, a statement Butler quickly clarified was just in jest.

Kravitz recounted on Late Night with Seth Meyers that during their stay, which lasted about two weeks, the snake slipped into a small hole in the bathroom. Despite efforts to retrieve it, including tearing apart some of the bathroom fixtures with a crowbar, the situation left the bathroom in disarray.

The incident was resolved amicably, however, with Kravitz offering to cover the repair costs and Swift discovering the extent of the damage before repairs were made. This episode, while unfortunate, didn’t seem to damage the friendship between Kravitz and Swift. In fact, Kravitz shared that their bond had strengthened during the COVID-19 pandemic when they spent considerable time together in London.

Furthermore, Kravitz revealed that she had the privilege of hearing bits of Swift’s upcoming album, The Life of a Showgirl, praising it enthusiastically. The album, along with Kravitz’s new film, Caught Stealing, highlights an exciting time for both artists as they continue to engage their fans and expand their artistic endeavors.
