During his recent appearance on Bobbi Althoff’s Not This Again podcast, the 38-year-old Grammy-winning artist responded to ongoing speculation concerning his physical appearance.
Althoff, the 28-year-old host, questioned the hip-hop star about whether he underwent abdominal etching, a specific cosmetic procedure that accentuates the abdominal muscles, according to Healthline.
Althoff pointed out that after Drake posted a photo in June that highlighted his defined abs, the online community began speculating about his physique. “People think you had some work done,” she mentioned.
Drake dismissed these rumors and humorously replied, “People also say that I got a BBL [Brazilian Butt Lift]. They call me ‘BBL Drizzy.'”
Continuing the joke, he added, “I don’t know if my backside looked unusual when I walked in here today.”
In the end, Drake conceded that he did tweak the photo slightly. “I had just come from the gym, I was sweaty in that pic,” he clarified. “Maybe I enhanced the saturation a bit.”
“I think I overdid it,” he admitted. “They don’t really look like that.”
