Simple, delicious, strain-free almond milk in 3 minutes flat.
It happens, right? You think you have milk but the morning hits and you’re standing in front of your fridge sans milk. We’ve all been there. Well this milk whips up in 3 minutes flat. It froths like a dream for your lattes. Works great in cereal or any recipe you’re making. Only 4 ingredients. My only suggestion is to use the cleanest almond butter you have on hand meaning it’s made from almonds and maybe salt. That’s it.
Let’s get this one going!
Ingredients:
3 tbl of almond butter
2 Medjool dates, pitted (favorite dates ever)
3 cups of filtered water
Pinch of salt
Method:
Add all of the ingredients to your high speed blender. Blend for 3 minutes sold and then pour into your glass storage container. Refrigerate.
That’s it! Optionally, you can add a tsp of ground cinnamon or 2 tsp of raw cacao powder for a chocolate milk version.
Enjoy! ~ox
