Jack was spotted wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts, and gray sneakers during a visit to a Walgreens in Los Angeles on Friday, August 22. It was precisely a month since Ozzy Osbourne’s death at age 76.

Ozzy’s family, including his wife Sharon, children Jack, Aimee, Kelly, Jessica, Louis, and Elliot, formally announced his death on July 22. This came shortly after Ozzy’s performance in Birmingham, England, at Black Sabbath’s final concert.

According to a death certificate obtained by PEOPLE, Ozzy Osbourne died following an “out-of-hospital cardiac arrest” and “acute myocardial infarction,” with coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction noted as contributing factors.

Later, on August 6, Jack broke his silence about his father’s death with an emotional tribute on Instagram.
