Costa Coffee is unveiling its autumn lineup this week, bringing back the beloved Maple Hazel range and introducing new drinks, toasties and limited merchandise. Fans can expect familiar flavours alongside fresh twists that aim to capture the cosy, back-to-routine mood of the season.
New drinks and the return of Maple Hazel
This season the Maple Hazel family makes a clear comeback. The headline addition is the Maple Hazel Iced Matcha Latte. It blends pure matcha green tea with roasted hazelnut syrup and rich maple sauce, poured over chilled milk and ice.

Alongside that fresh combo, the core Maple Hazel options are back across stores:
- Maple Hazel Latte
- Maple Hazel Iced Latte
- Maple Hazel Hot Chocolate
- Maple Hazel Frappe
A soothing new herbal option joins the list too. The Pure Chamomile Infusion is a caffeine-free brew made entirely from chamomile flowers.
Where to find the seasonal drinks
For commuters and quick stops, several Maple Hazel hot and iced drinks will be available from Costa Express machines. The brand is also extending reach beyond cafes.
- Jet2 flights will offer Maple Hazel Latte sachets from September 1.
- Selected supermarkets will stock the sachets for home brewing.
These moves aim to make the seasonal taste more accessible to customers on the move or at home.
Savoury toasties and returning sweet treats
Costa’s autumn menu also adds two robust toasties and brings back a variety of desserts from previous seasons.
New warm sandwiches
- Philly Cheesesteak Toastie — pulled beef brisket with roasted peppers, mature Cheddar and Regato cheese, served in a Tuscan-style flatbread.
- Four Cheese Toastie — a melty mix of Red Leicester, mozzarella, mature Cheddar and Emmental, finished with American-style mustard on cheese-topped white bread.

Sweet returns and plant-based choices
- Dubai Style Pistachio Tiffin (returning)
- Chocolate & Salted Caramel Cake (returning)
- Sticky Pecan Mini Loaf (returning)
- Gingernut Loaf Cake — now available as a plant-based option
- Iced Ghost Gingerbread Biscuit (seasonal return)
Limited merchandise and seasonal extras
To complement the flavours, Costa is releasing a small range of branded items. The drop includes reusable brown cups in two sizes. Fans can also buy playful plush characters named Grillbert and Hazel, plus a Maple Hazel keyring.
Why the menu matters this autumn
Costa frames the seasonal menu as more than new items. The chain sees autumn as a time when people return to daily routines and familiar comforts.
Global Food & Beverage Director Nishant Bhatia commented that the Maple Hazel collection has become part of many customers’ seasonal rituals. The company says the refreshed menu aims to balance comfort with novelty.
