Bill’s Minty Martini.
This minty concoction is a favorite of my husband. He normally strains the cocktail so to avoid an embarrassing mint leaves on the teeth but today decided to muddle them and he loved the flavor infusion so much more. Your choice! Super easy and quite refreshing, especially if you’re a mint lover.
Yields two martinis.
Ingredients:
20 mint leaves (small to medium sized)
4 teaspoons of simple syrup
5 oz. of vodka
Ice cubes (4-5)
2 Sprigs of fresh mint to garnish
Directions:
Muddle the mint in the bottom of your cocktail shaker. Then add the remaining ingredients with ice cubes. Shake. Pour into frosted martini glasses. Garnish with fresh mint sprig and enjoy.
