Fast, easy and delicious Plantspired tofu pizza.

Okay nights happen where you lose track of time, had a busy day and dinner is looming. You’re looking for a quick throw-together, yet delicious, and good-for-you dinner idea. Trust me, this happens more than I care to think about. We always do a pizza night, typically Friday, and I love to use up whatever ingredients remaining in my fridge or freezer before my next grocery delivery. Nasoya’s new Plantspired line Toss’ables makes those dinner night panicking subside. Marinaded, already cooked, packed with flavor and protein! YES! We love tofu on pizza with some veggies for a nice well-rounded and filling dinner. These Toss’ables are available at our local Wegman’s. Plantspired can help you create versatile and healthy meals that are light, fresh, quick, and delicious.

Ingredients:
You can use your own pizza crust or purchase Naan or another store bought crust.
Pizza sauce of your choice (marinara, pizza sauce or pesto work nicely)
Veggies (fresh or frozen) I use about 1-2 cups of frozen broccoli.
I added 2 cloves of raw garlic smashed and chopped.
1/3 cup of vegan cheese of your choice
1/2 cup of Nasoya’s new Plantspired line Toss’ables
Herbs of your choice. Italian seasoning, parsley, oregano, red pepper flakes etc.

Method:
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
On a pizza peel place your crust flat and top with an even layer of sauce.
I add my seasonings to the sauce.
Then add your veggies and tofu.
Finish by topping with the cheese of choice. The cheese will act as a binder to hold the ingredients down while eating.
Bake until golden brown and the cheese is melty. This normally takes about 6-8 minutes. Keep an eye on it.

Remove carefully and slice. Enjoy!
