		<description><![CDATA[I did by hand but you can do it with the dough hook in your stand mixer.  I honestly think that dried cherries would be much better.  The canned caused the dough to be quite wet, therefore requiring me to add a lot of extra flour.  The next time I make it I&#039;m going to try dried.
