TGIF people!!! It has seemed like the longest week ever – probably because of snow delays and days off for my kids. The disruption in schedule throws me off I admit it. Jobs get delayed. Things get delayed. So now that everyone is back on a schedule I hope to get my schedule back on track.

This week has mentally knocked me down a bit. Probably because I wasn’t vigilant with my sleep as I normally am. But life gets in the way sometimes. 🙂 Here’s my recap for the week of training.
Sunday: 11.46 outdoor miles
Monday: 9 miles of speed work on treadmill/weights/core
Tuesday: 10 outdoor slow miles early morning
Wednesday: Rest day.
Thursday: 23.4 slippery, tripping, water bottle exploding 4a miles.
Friday: 9 treadmill miles, weights and core
Saturday: Rest day.
High mileage week: 62.86.
